 Includes up to 50 guests (including the Bride & Groom)
• Package pricing remains the same for 50 guests or fewer
• Additional guests may be added for $45 per person
• Maximum guest count: 65
• Handheld infants are exempt

Celebrate your wedding surrounded by the natural beauty of Kallista Park without stretching your budget.


 Enjoy the freedom of an à la carte experience by selecting any licensed vendors you choose—from catering and photography to florals and entertainment. At the same time, you'll benefit from trusted vendor recommendations, a personalized wedding timeline, and a planning calendar from your personal Wedding Advisor. It's like having the guidance of a wedding planner—without the added expense. 


Your wedding day includes the support of both a dedicated day host and evening host who help manage wedding-day logistics, assist vendors and the bridal party, and keep your timeline moving smoothly throughout the celebration.


An experienced officiant is included and may perform your ceremony or assist with ceremony planning and logistics. If you prefer to have a family member or friend officiate, that's perfectly welcome—we will still provide professional guidance, ceremony support, and coordination to help ensure everything flows smoothly.


Couples may also choose from four unique locations to sign their marriage license: the Tea House, Front Bridal Suite, Fire Nook, or Garden Pergola.

⏰ Your 11 Hours — Beautifully Structured


Your package includes 11 total hours of venue access, thoughtfully broken down to create a relaxed and seamless wedding day:

• 5 hours — Bridal Party access for getting ready, decorating, and vendor arrival 

• 5 hours — Ceremony & Reception celebration time

• 1 complimentary hour — After reception
(for gathering personal belongings and farewells)

 • Complimentary 1 hour Wednesday evening wedding rehearsal

Coordination & Suites


• Wedding Advisor - Providing planning guidance, timeline creation, wedding calendar, and trusted vendor recommendations from booking through your wedding day 

• Day Host - Oversees venue setup and assists the bridal party, vendors, and ceremony preparations to help ensure everything is ready for your celebration. 

• Evening Host - Coordinates reception logistics, assists guests and vendors, manages dinner service flow, and helps keep the celebration running smoothly through the end of the evening. 

•   Professional Officiant - Conducts your wedding rehearsal, performs the ceremony, and completes the signing of your marriage license. If you choose a family member or friend to officiate, we still provide ceremony guidance and support. 


• Elegant Bridal Suite
• Choice of our Handsomely Decorated Groom's Cottage or, for larger wedding parties, complimentary access to the Wine Bar & Garden for pre-ceremony gathering and preparations
•  Multiple intimate locations throughout the park for signing your marriage license, quiet moments, and memorable photographs
• Fireplace nook (may also be used for smoking/vaping area)
• Endless scenic photo opportunities
