Includes up to 100 guests (including the Bride & Groom)

• Package pricing remains the same for 100 guests or fewer
• Additional guests may be added for $45 per person
• Maximum guest count: 200
• Handheld infants are exempt
• Additional $500 for select Saturdays

With our Secret Garden Wedding Package, you enjoy the freedom to create a wedding that reflects your personal style while celebrating Tucson's very own "secret garden."


Enjoy the freedom of an à la carte experience by selecting any licensed vendors you choose—from catering and photography to florals and entertainment. At the same time, you'll benefit from trusted vendor recommendations, a personalized wedding timeline, and a planning calendar from your personal Wedding Advisor. It's like having the guidance of a wedding planner—without the added expense.

Your wedding day is supported by a dedicated Day Host, Evening Host, and experienced Officiant who help manage wedding-day logistics, assist vendors and the bridal party, and keep your timeline flowing smoothly throughout the celebration.


An experienced Officiant is included and may perform your ceremony, conduct your rehearsal, and complete the signing of your marriage license. If you prefer to have a family member or friend officiate, we will still provide professional ceremony guidance and support to help ensure everything flows seamlessly.

⏰ Your 12 Hours — Beautifully Structured


Your package includes 12 total hours of venue access, thoughtfully broken down to create a relaxed and seamless wedding day:

• 5 hours — Bridal Party access for getting ready, decorating, and vendor arrival
• 6 hours — Ceremony & Reception celebration time
• 1 complimentary hour — After reception (for gathering personal belongings and farewells)
• Complimentary 1-hour Wednesday evening wedding rehearsal

Wedding Support & Preparations


• Wedding Advisor – Provides planning guidance, personalized timelines, wedding planning calendars, and trusted vendor recommendations from booking through wedding day
• Day Host – Oversees venue setup and assists the bridal party, vendors, and ceremony preparations
• Evening Host – Coordinates reception logistics, guest flow, dinner service, and reception activities
• Professional Officiant – Conducts your wedding rehearsal, performs the ceremony, and completes the signing of your marriage license. If you choose a family member or friend to officiate, we still provide ceremony guidance and support.


• Elegant Bridal Suite
• Choice of our Handsomely Decorated Groom's Cottage or, for larger wedding parties, complimentary access to the Wine Bar & Garden for pre-ceremony gathering and preparations

• Air-conditioned reception hall for dining and dancing
• Main dining facility comfortably accommodates 100+ guests and includes both air conditioning and heat

• Multiple scenic locations throughout the park for photographs and special moments
• Several intimate locations throughout the park for signing your marriage license
